About PLM Admission

The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila will start accepting applications for freshmen students for Academic Year 2022-2023 starting January 10, 2022.

Applicants must prepare the scanned copy of the following:
  1. PSA/NSO Birth Certificate.
  2. Certified True Copy of Form 138 (Grade 11) with general weighted average (GWA). Include Certification of GWA, if necessary.
  3. Voter's Registration Record of Applicant/Parent (for Manila Residents only).

Who may apply

Anyone who meets any of the following may apply for PLM Admission:
  1. Grade 12 students during application period
  2. Senior high school graduates without college or university units
  3. Alternative Learning System (ALS) completers and Accreditation & Equivalency (A&E) passers (high school level) without college or university units

How to Apply


  1. Visit PLM Admission Portal (http://web1.plm.edu.ph/crs/admission).
  2. Fill-out Application Form.
  3. Upload Required Requirements.
  4. Upon successful submission, check email for log-in credentials.
  5. Log-in to PLM Admission using log-in credentials.
  6. Check the status of Requirements.
    7. 6a. If successfully validated, print PLM Application Form, affixed valid ID picture (1.5 X 1.5 colored with white background) and signatures.
    6b. Else, Re-submit valid requirement/s.
  7. Upload scanned signed PLM Application Form.
  8. Check the status of Application Form thru the account in PLM Admission Portal
    9. 8a. If successfully validated, Wait for the Admission Result.
    8b. Else, Re-submit valid Application Form.
